I have been training with Kyle for 5 years now, doing both classes and personalised Gym based programmes. Kyle has always been very supportive always listening to what I wanted to achieve from my training & helping me reach my goals. Kyle has helped keep me motivated & pushed me to improve my fitness & strength & ensure I'm getting the most from my training. Kyle's recent Online Classes have been an absolute blessing during Covid19 times and he has certainly helped not only to keep my body healthy but my mind too!
