Before having Kyle as my Personal Trainer I wouldn't even step foot in the weights section, never mind doing weight training 5- 6 times per week like I am doing now. I believed the only way to burn fat and lose weight was intense cardio, such as running which often ended in injury. Kyle gave me the confidence to use weights to aid fat lose and build muscle. Kyle's approach and delivery with Personal Training is the best I have seen.
Since starting with Kyle I have seen a better relationship with my diet: learning how many calories I should be having, monitoring macros and ensuring I am getting enough protein for work in the gym. I am now stronger then ever and have lost 4kg in Fat and gained 5kg in muscle mass. As a whole i would recommend Kyle to anyone who wants that helping hand reaching whether that may be weight loss, maintaining condition or gaining muscle.
