Before having Kyle as my Personal Trainer I wouldn't even step foot in the weights section, never mind doing weight training 5- 6  times per week like I am doing now. I believed the only way to burn fat and lose weight was intense cardio, such as running  which often ended in injury. Kyle gave me the confidence to use weights to aid fat lose and build muscle.
